I am a native of South Florida , born and raised in Miami, Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. I have been a resident of Fort Myers for the past 24yrs.
Being a Radiographer for the past 50 years has helped me with skills I use in creating my paintings. Watercolor is my medium of choice but do explore acrylic as well.
I enjoyed cruising on my trawler the “Eagle” in the Bahamas during summers, as well as living in my RV during late summer/early fall. I love the outdoors especially tropical settings including beaches, wildlife, boats and the ocean, These are my happy places that give me inspiration for my paintings.
My paintings are displayed at Arts for Act Gallery, Bonita Beach Presbyterian Church, Kaiser university and River Forest community Clubhouse. I’m also in participate in local shows and am in many private and corporate collections throughout the US.
At present I am a member of Arts for Act Gallery ,Fort Myers Beach Art Assoc.,Lehigh Acres Art league, Alliance for the Arts and former member of the Miami Watercolor Society.
